FittyUp guides
Already have chicken rice? Plan the extras around it.
You already bought a plate of chicken rice. Changing that portion is not practical, but you can still choose how much soy milk or how many boiled eggs to add. Build My Meal lets you separate what must stay from what can change.
Start with the foods you actually have
Add the main dish and the extras to Build My Meal. Check each food and its current quantity first. The calculation uses those entries, so an incorrect serving or product can carry through into the result.
Lock the main dish
Set the chicken rice to the portion you intend to eat and lock it. Keep it required if it must remain in the meal. Locking a quantity and marking a food optional serve different purposes: an optional food may be left out.
Leave the extras adjustable
Leave soy milk and eggs unlocked if their amounts can change. Mark an extra optional only if you are happy to skip it. Choose the meal targets you want to work toward, then calculate and inspect the suggested combination.
Review the whole result, then Add All
Check the portions and the estimated nutrition together. Targets may not be reachable with your selected foods and constraints. Adjust the inputs if needed; do not treat the result as a guarantee. When it matches the meal you intend to record, use Add All and check the diary entry.
Nutrition values are estimates. Check ingredients yourself if you have allergies. FittyUp supports general wellness and does not replace medical advice.
