FittyUp guides

Open the fridge. Start your meal plan with what is there.

When you do not know what to eat, start with a short list of ingredients already available. Giving Numi those details makes the conversation concrete and gives you a plan you can compare with your kitchen.

Describe what is available

List the ingredients and any quantities you know. You can ask Numi for ideas using that list. Where ingredient scanning is available in your version and plan, review the identified items before importing them into Build My Meal.

Review amounts yourself

A photo cannot measure the food in a container or reveal every hidden ingredient. Check names, portions and nutrition references. Remove duplicate detections rather than assuming that two photos show two separate portions. Importing ingredients does not record a meal as eaten.

Choose what stays and what can change

Keep a prepared dish required and locked if you cannot change its portion. Leave other foods adjustable, and mark them optional only when they can be omitted. Calculate toward your chosen meal targets and review whether the proposed amounts are practical.

Keep planning separate from logging

A suggestion is a plan to review, not proof that you ate it. Once you decide what to record, check the final foods and portions, confirm Add All, and verify the diary. If you later eat a different amount, update the record to match.

Nutrition values are estimates. Check ingredients yourself if you have allergies. FittyUp supports general wellness and does not replace medical advice.
