How does the AI food scanner work?
Simply take a photo of your meal using the camera button. Our AI analyzes the image to identify foods and estimate nutritional values including calories, protein, carbs, and fat. You can review and adjust the results before saving.
Is Fitty Up free to use?
Yes! Fitty Up offers a generous free tier that includes basic calorie tracking, AI food scanning, water tracking, and workout logging. Fitty Up Pro unlocks unlimited AI features, advanced analytics, all workout types, and more.
How accurate is the calorie tracking?
Our AI provides estimates based on visual analysis and a comprehensive food database. While no automated system is 100% accurate, our AI is continuously improving. You can always manually adjust values for precision.
Can I track workouts with Fitty Up?
Yes! Free users can log up to 5 workouts per day with strength and cardio types. Pro users get unlimited logging, all workout types (HIIT, flexibility, mobility), detailed exercise tracking with sets/reps/weight, and AI workout plans.
What is intermittent fasting and how does the timer work?
Intermittent fasting (IF) is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. Fitty Up includes a built-in timer supporting popular protocols like 16:8, 18:6, and 20:4. Simply select your protocol and start the timer.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase) to protect your data. We never sell your personal information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What languages does Fitty Up support?
Fitty Up is available in English, Thai (ไทย), Japanese (日本語), Korean (한국어), and Chinese (中文). The AI assistant can communicate in all supported languages.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Fitty Up, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing period.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
We appreciate bug reports! You can report issues directly through the app's feedback feature (Settings > Send Feedback) or email us at support@fittyup.app with a description of the issue and any screenshots.
